   A short form that helps us understand your professional goals and background.

   A video meeting to discuss the specifics of the position.
3. **Paid test.**  
   A time-constrained, paid test to complete an assignment related to the position.
4. **Debrief interview after the test.**  
   A video meeting to better understand your perspective on the completed test assignment.
5. **Cultural interview.**  
   A meeting with the founders to evaluate culture fit and tell you more about our company.
